pk67 is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register, deposit, or play. Providing false age information constitutes a material breach of these terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
You are solely responsible for determining whether online gaming is lawful in your local jurisdiction within Pakistan. pk67 does not provide legal advice. By using the platform, you confirm compliance with applicable local laws.
Each player may hold only one active pk67 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. Bonuses claimed across multiple accounts will be voided and any associated winnings forfeited.
All pk67 transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, and partner banks are processed per the cashier terms. Minimum deposit is Rs 500. Withdrawal processing times vary by method.

Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "you") and pk67 ("pk67," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the pk67 website located at pk67.bio and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1.1 You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to register for and use the pk67 Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. pk67 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Accounts found to be operated by minors will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited.
1.2 You are solely responsible for ensuring that online gaming is lawful under the laws applicable to you in your local jurisdiction in Pakistan. pk67 makes no representations regarding the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction. You participate entirely at your own legal risk.
1.3 Each individual may register only one (1) pk67 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. pk67 may merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and void any associated balances, bonuses, or winnings without prior notice.
1.4 You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration. pk67 may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.
1.5 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. pk67 is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to keep your login details secure.
2.1 All transactions on the pk67 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk67 supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah, subject to availability and any method-specific limits.
2.2 The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Minimum withdrawal amounts and applicable processing times are displayed within the pk67 cashier at the time of transaction. These amounts are subject to change without notice.
2.3 All funds deposited into your pk67 account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. pk67 reserves the right to return deposits and suspend accounts where the source of funds cannot be verified.
2.4 Withdrawals are subject to completion of all active wagering requirements on bonus funds. Real-money funds and bonus funds are tracked separately. Withdrawal requests that would result in a negative bonus balance may be declined until wagering obligations are met.
2.5 pk67 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. Processing times quoted in the cashier are estimates and may be extended during verification procedures.
3.1 pk67 offers promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives ("Bonuses") at its sole discretion. Each Bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games, and maximum bet restrictions, which are published alongside the relevant promotional offer.
3.2 Where a wagering requirement is specified for a Bonus, the full required wagering amount must be completed before any funds derived from that Bonus may be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute at reduced rates as specified in the promotional terms.
3.3 pk67 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Bonus offer at any time. In the event that pk67 reasonably determines that a player is abusing bonus terms — including but not limited to using low-risk betting strategies to circumvent wagering requirements — pk67 may void the Bonus and any associated winnings.
3.4 Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. pk67 may restrict Bonus eligibility at its discretion, including for professional or advantage players.
4.1 All casino games offered on the pk67 Platform operate using Random Number Generation (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and certified for fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate to the best of pk67's knowledge as provided by game suppliers. pk67 does not modify supplier RTPs.
4.2 In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during gameplay, pk67's system will record the last confirmed game state. Interrupted game rounds will be resolved according to the recorded state. Where resolution is not possible, the stake for that round will be refunded to the player's balance.
4.3 Collusion between players, use of automated playing software ("bots"), exploitation of software bugs or errors, and any other form of cheating are strictly prohibited. pk67 employs monitoring systems to detect such activities. Accounts found in violation will be suspended and relevant winnings withheld.
4.4 Winnings resulting from an obvious error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, game malfunctions, or display errors — are not valid and will be voided. pk67 reserves the right to correct such errors retroactively.
5.1 pk67 is committed to responsible gaming. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. Players may access these tools at any time from their account settings.
5.2 If a player self-excludes, pk67 will use reasonable efforts to prevent that player from opening a new account or circumventing the exclusion. Self-exclusion is effective immediately upon request and may be subject to a minimum period as specified in the responsible gaming settings.
5.3 pk67 strongly encourages players who believe gambling is negatively affecting their finances, mental health, or relationships to utilise the self-exclusion facility and seek support from appropriate external resources. 6.1 All content on the pk67 Platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and trade marks — is the property of pk67 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
6.2 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content from the pk67 Platform without prior written consent from pk67.
7.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk67 provides the Platform "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
7.2 pk67 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
7.3 pk67's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your pk67 account at the time the claim arose.
8.1 pk67 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably believes that a player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other users.
8.2 Upon account termination for cause, pk67 may withhold funds pending investigation. Where the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, funds may be forfeited.
8.3 You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting pk67 support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure (net of any outstanding wagering obligations) will be refunded to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
9.1 pk67 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at pk67.bio/privacy-policy. By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described therein.
9.2 pk67 may share your data with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary for the provision of the Platform's services.
10.1 pk67 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10.2 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
10.3 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
